The marble stairs were wet from mopping, causing me to slip and I really hurt myself. I now have a massive purple bruise. Don’t wet the stairs when customers use them.

I have been a regular to the salon 3 years, but quality has gone downhill. Paid £50 for a Russian manicure, but got a thin, basic gel application When asked the tech she said "this is what you booked"untrue, as I've done the same booking for all the time n it has been done by different technicians why was her technique different. Absolutely not worth..!!!e
