The Updo was lovely, and lasted all day and night. The service was great.
The biggest problem was I paid £50 in advance and only when I got there did they tell me that is was 'from' £50. At this point it is the morning of the event and I am not in my home city, so myself and two friends have no alternatives. There was no warning in advance. I ended up spending £85, £35 extra, which was a nasty shock. I feel someone could have communicated this in advance.

I came to the salon having paid for me 30 minute up do hair treatment. £50
My hair had been washed in the morning.
The hairdresser insisted on washing my hair again, at no time told me of the cost. As I left they took photos of my hair and charged me a further £75.00. I was in the salon for 45 minuets total.
By the time I reached the Hilton (just around the corner) the grips had all slipped and my hair fell out.
Lesson learnt - never have you hair put up on freshly washed hair.
