Whilst the staff were kind and polite, my service was provided by someone inexperienced and it took 3 hours from 2:45 - 5:50 for my manicure and pedicure to be completed. I was also then left with damaged nails due to a poor Russian manicure

Olesea is amazing and professional as always. She also called to ensure I was aware of the new location change (which I wasn’t) and waited for me to arrive. I would highly recommend without a doubt
