Ana was very welcoming, professional and thorough both treatments were great, however; whilst on the treatment bed having my pedicure, the back of the bed collapsed resulting in me falling on the floor, which was a massive shock. Ana helped me up and checked if I was hurt, I was sore after the accident, but not seriously hurt. Ana checked I was ok and apologised. Ana finished the pedicure, gave me a discount I paid and left.

This is the first time I’ve been to the beauty treatments side of Anna’s , the therapist was was brilliant. Her care and attention to detail on my nails and feet with the gel was brilliant . The best eyelash lift I’ve ever had . Can’t wait to try more treatments . I will be returning .

This is my second appointment with Anna.
Lovely atmosphere as always, Anna was excellent so friendly & positive, I had a little pamper day, i felt great coming out of the salon, Lovely experience. Looking forward to more treatments with Anna again in the future.
