Anna is always super friendly and efficient at her job. I love that she takes care to ask me to breathe in and out whilst she waxes particularly “painful” areas to distract me. Anna never makes me feel bad for flinching despite it being many years of having waxes - you would think I would be fine by now haha. This is my first visit to the new location (visited previous location a few times), it is spacious, very clean, lovely ambiance. Very pleased as always with the service, thank you.
