I've booked Caci 40 min treatment on Treatwell, It was also confirmed as 40 minutes by e-mail by Treatwell. I was on time. I received 25 minutes instead, the therapist said this is because she had to clean between appointments. I felt tricked.
The other issue was a high humidity in the salon, it is in the basement, and the towels they use are moist either from humidity or are likely not properly dried by the drying machine.
