I booked in while recovering from an arm dislocation, with severe pain in my shoulder and neck. Anna kindly took me in, asked about my injury and allergies—something no one had done before. She explained everything clearly and made me feel safe and welcome. Place was clean and nicely decorated and clean. The massage was excellent, and Anna's calm, reassuring manner really helped. The next day, the pain in my neck and shoulders was completely gone. I’ll definitely book again when I can!
