It's just terrible! Ana arrive with her child not even great me keep talking to the child the left the premises for 21 min not saying where she is going later back she pay attention to her son ignoring her client (me).
The hair not done the way I want plus asked to pay 30 more pounds on the top of what I payed online. When i asked to fix mistakes she starte to offered the days which isn't good for me. Poor communication very bad attitude! I could never recommend her to anyone very disappointe
