Anna is very nice and friendly, and I appreciated how welcoming she was during the appointment. However, I was a bit disappointed with the end result of my haircut and Balayge. I brought a photo to show the style I was hoping for, but the final look turned out quite different from what I had asked. While the experience itself was pleasant, I didn’t feel the outcome matched my expectations.
