My appointment began badly because the address was different to the one I was given, so I had to phone Anna. However she came to pick me up and was very apologetic and very attentive.
Anna did my hair exactly as wanted, and I was very happy.

Would 100% recommend Anna! She saved my hair after I had an awful experience with a home dye kit! She was lovely, explained my options on how to restore my hair to how I wanted it to look but also making sure my hair was kept healthy.
