Disappointed with my appointment as I came due to the reviews being incredible. My 50 minute appointment got cut short to 20 mins, after almost a 25mins wait. My hair cut was extremely rushed, the towel used to dry my hair smelled musty and used, I got a chance to say what I was looking for but the cut was so quick, and didn’t style my hair as requested. I don’t think I would personally return. I can see Anna is very talented and my haircut isn’t awful, but I wish I got a nicer experience.

A lot of clients and only one hair dresser. Everything seemed like rushed, only one hair dresser jumping from one client to another. Always pushing for extra treatments.

I had a haircut recently and Anna did an absolutely amazing job! She was professional, attentive, and really understood what I was looking for. The massage during the wash was incredibly relaxing and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Anna if you're looking for great service and a refreshing haircut!
