This was a booking for my daughter with special needs who had really thick, matted hair which needed a huge amount of help. Anna was caring, undaunted and patient at tackling the challenge and took all the time it needed, plus a couple of extra staff, to get the job done. And it is done so beautifully, it has genuinely, bi exaggeration, changed our lives. Our daughter is now so proud of her smooth, shiny hair, she is maintaining it herself for the first time in her life and we're so thrilled.
