Always a pleasure with every visit. Everything is always spot on. My daughter’s braids lasted all day. Nothing is too much for these ladies.

Nebile is really great at doing eyebrows and is lovely. However, this is the 2nd time now I have had to wait a while (20-25 mins) after having a pre-booked appointment. When I arrived, there was one last working out front - my presence wasn’t acknowledged. I even had to wait outside due to other ladies also waiting. It was only when the manager arrived that our presence was actually acknowledged. There was also no apology made or ‘thank you for waiting’ from anybody.
