First appointment with Kayla. She was so lovely. Made you feel relaxed. Explained what I wanted and showed her a picture of a short haircut. Explained just how thick my hair was and how much thinning it takes. She was so good. My hair is super short just how I wanted and shaved so well. It's daring and bold and she knew exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much
