The venue was clean, whilst the staff were fairly helpful and did accommodate my mobility issues, I did not feel comfortable. There was little chatter. The hairstylist had a rather intimidating foul sounding greeting on her shirt, I was too afraid to say that I didn’t like the way she cut my hair, or style it. No layering as I asked, just a straight cut without shape or style. Disappointed.
