I ts my first time ever dyeing my hair in the UK; I always fly back home to Egypt to get my hair done professionally as I want. Yet I am going to be a regular here. Billy was amazingly friendly and very experienced in how to deal with my type of hair.as its soft and very thin, yet a bit resistant to the usual colouring, also its been years trapped in the reddish shades, Billy made it happen and finally I am back to browns/blonds very pleased with the results as it exactly matched my extension :)
