Done a home box dye and it went horribly wrong booked appointment same day went in and micheala done brilliant talked me through colours also when finished both herself and Billie said go home see if your happy next day if not they would happily put another dye as I had my doubts on colour but absolutely love it and will be bck for my keratin straightening January thankyou merry Christmas x
