great salon and have used them for years - just the wrong hairdresser or perhaps she was having an off day. bad cut and she just didnt get what I was asking for - I gave up, paid up and left then got it done elsewhere later in the day. an expensive mistake that I wont be repeating - dont plan on going back again.

I always get what I ask for. Catherine is lovely and professional. My only concern about my visit is the condition the coffee mugs are in lol. Not too much of an issue as I’m there for my hair not the coffee 😃
