I was so disappointed with my hair, it should have been a 45 minuets process took around 20 minuets! As I’ve had the same treatment before I felt like the second time was rushed and just blowed dried my hair normally instead of asking what blow dry I wanted as that’s what I payed for! But when I got home I noticed that the person hadn’t pulled all my fringe forward and it was so messed up, it was straight at all! And it was so short, so I then had to go somewhere else so they could sort my fringe out, very disappointed but will not be coming back
When entered to be told by receptionist I cant get my hair treatment when I have had it done numerous times before. A stylist then came and confirmed I can have the procedure done. Was not offered a drink until an hour of sitting in the salon and not one bit of conversation with the stylist. The stylist then went to cut my hair and I said I would like the sides of my head shaved. To my surprise when I went to the front desk the receptionist added £15 to have my sides shaved and then have to pay an extra £1 because I was paying on card. Not a great experience at all.
