Extremely disappointed. I asked for layers, but my hair was cut far shorter at the shoulders than requested. i really dislike how it looks, and I’m very unhappy with the result it’s not what I wanted at all, and I really don’t like how it looks. I expected much better attention to what I asked for.

I’ve been going to this salon for 4 years and finally tried their hair services. I called beforehand to confirm they cater to Afro hair and was told yes. I had to show how to detangle my hair and explain tha you cannot straighten damp hair as it will revert. I asked 4 times for it to be properly dried, but two staff members told me “you’re just hot”. A third staff member acknowledged it was damp. Staff then shouted “idk what she wants” across the shop, embarrassing me to the point of tears.
