I had a disappointing experience. I booked an appointment via this app, but beautician didn’t show up. She ignored my calls and only responded to my message much later. When she finally replied, she didn’t even bother to apologize, simply saying she wasn’t aware of the appointment. Maybe it was misunderstanding but we should all respect each other’s time :)
