Ellie is an absolute magician! She took the time to look over the reference material i brought and help me visualise a colour that would be unique and suited to me. She talked me through where she felt the best placement was for highlights and made me feel so at ease throughout the whole process. I truly love the end result, it is hands down the best balayage i have ever had.
