I went to Ellie after a balayage-gone-wrong (done elsewhere) and couldn’t have hoped for a more wonderful experience with her. She cared deeply about helping me, was attentive to what I wanted and was a joy throughout the whole appointment. My hair looks incredible and I felt in such safe hands with her whole team as it was clear they all had fantastic knowledge and experience. 100% will be the only place I ever go for colour!
