Although this was only my 2nd BIAB with Anita, I have been aware of her for many years. She was a very early BIAB evangelist (15 years or so) and is gold medal standard in her field. Her reputation is hard won and much deserved. Plus Anita is a delight to be with during the intensity of the artistic experience.
