Booked in for a paraffin wax, arrived early but was told I had no appointment and the room with the paraffin wax was being used. so they used strip wax for my Brazilian which was not only more painful, but also broke my hairs meaning the wax wasn't smooth and didn't stay for long as the hairs weren't pulled out at the root properly. I didn't get refunded for paying for the more expensive treatment either..
