first visit and first mani/pedi done in the UK - had no wait time and Michelle was very gentle but thorough and I especially enjoyed the massage. They also kindly accommodated an eyebrow threading which I am very pleased with the result (minus the initial pain- but no pain no gain!).Overall, a really great experience!
