As always the ladies at Anir Spa were incredibly lovely and professional. Things took a little bit longer to dry and complete this time around as it's winter but the final result was great. Towards the end my manicure tips didn't quite dry properly and I had to go but they kindly offered to put a note on the system to make sure I could come back and have a change of colour if I wanted to. That's service!

The pricing was not transparent. I got a last minute deal and happened to have a £5 offer. So I got my pedicure but then they charged me an extra five bc they said I couldn’t combine offsets. If the app let me do it you should honour the listed price and report it as a business owner. It’s five quid so don’t risk losing a loyal customer over something silly. Otherwise the service was fine but they are a bit rough when they do the foot scrub and it’s quite painful.
