I was incredibly disappointed with my Upper lip thread, there was no offering to remove my make up which I feel is very unclean. I mentioned I had sensitive skin so if she could do it gentle (I have had threading loads and always mentioned this and have never had a problem) instead she kept pinching my skin causing it to bleed, I have now had infected skin for a week and scarring - I really do not recommend sadly!
