Therapist was 15 min late. Seemed stressed. Didn’t let wax dry completely so was more painful than normal. Lots of pieces with hair left and that’s the areas I can see myself. Tried new place because I’ve moved but not satisfied at all. Done about 100 waxings and this was worst to date. Never had to go home and finish the job myself before. Quite frankly wants a refund. Could have done a better job myself
