I had a Hollywood wax, the wax she uses is strip wax not hot wax even though it states it is hot wax on the description and she left a lot of hairs. She said my hairs weren’t long enough but they are for hot wax id left it 2-3 weeks. I should of been refunded for this as it’s wasted money.
