Tatiana was very friendly, however there were few things which needed improvement. The salon was very cold, no heaters whatsoever. The girl who was washing my hair was talking on the phone in her language while washing my hair, made me feel a bit uncomfortable. The chair to sit for my haircut was full of hair from previous client, wet towels around, dressing gown full of colour. Not very clean. I would not visit again unfortunately 😕
