Last time I came I got the best haircut I ever got, this time not good. I said I wanted to grow out my layers so I was happy for a bit of length to be taken off but only trim the layers to even the hair out. Hairdresser trimmed the length and took 2.5 inches off the layers! My hair isn’t thick enough for short layers. Hair now looks really thin at the bottom and the top layer comes all the way up to my cheekbones. They still haven’t grown out 2.5 months later. Disappointed.

Tatiana is very professional and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what to do with my hair and which colours to use just by looking at me. She even offered great advice to maintain and improve the condition of my hair. I am super pleased and received many compliments.
