When I arrived the owner informed me that she had no recollection of my pre-booked appointment. Following which she said that they do not have a junior sylist in the salon and that I would be charged £10 extra for this. I was very disappointed. After a considerable length of waiting time - the senior stylist who was wonderful attended to my hair and coloured it very well. Although I had a shampoo and condition I was only allowed to have my hair partially blow dryed. I was then asked at the end to pay the extra £10 - I said what for and was incredulous. They had not even allowed my to have a completely dry head to go out in. It is a shame because it is a well run salon with pleasant staff.
