I asked the hairdresser for layers, but she said that she didn't understand me so I was rather disappointed with the haircut. I have had it cut there before by the gentleman and was really pleased with the way he cut it but not this time, to me it doesn't really look like it's been cut.

If there was a score below 1 that is what I would give. I arrived at 10:30 for my appointment. I was told by the receptionist that he wasn’t in the shop the day before and he didn’t know about my booking 👀 He asked me to take a seat whilst he called the masseuse. He asked me if I can wait 30mins, I received no update.At 40mins I asked for an update, he tried fo waste more time by pretending for 5 minutes to call the lady. After waiting for 50minutes I decided to leave because I was horrified.
