This was my 4th colonic. Every experience has been different, this one was quite intense. I felt very tired afterwards so advise people to take it easy after having one. The next day though I felt so energised, as I have done on all previous occasions. I definitely feel significant benefits from having a colonic and will return.

I was surprisingly not nervous before my first colonic hydrotherapy session, something I’ve wanted to do for years.
Nicki, my therapist, was friendly, knowledgeable, and immediately put me at ease. At first, I didn’t experience any movement, which made me anxious, but Nicki was incredibly patient and kept reassuring me throughout the process.
It turned out to be such a great experience at the wellness retreat that I’ve already booked my follow-up treatments.
