I enjoyed the Japanese Head Spa & Lymphatic Facial, staff were lovely and it was very relaxing. However, I didn’t receive the scalp analysis, which was the main reason I booked it. Could you confirm if it was included in the package?

A beautiful clinic situated in lovely surroundings. the staff were amazing made me feel welcome and at ease.
