I had the Indian Head massage and a Menopause Detox bath. I had the bath first which smelt amazing, it had slices of lemon, rosebuds, grapefruit slices, essential oils and oats in a bag. It was so very relaxing, just right to have my head massage. The head massage was just out of this world, with rosemary oil smothered all over the scalp and a fabulous array of tools to test the senses on the scalp. That night gave me the most revitalised sleep I've had in a very long time. Feeling fantastic.

It was not Joanna!! However the guy that did the massage was lovely but I probably should have been told in advance that it was a male therapist!
