I was surprisingly not nervous before my first colonic hydrotherapy session, something I’ve wanted to do for years.
Nicki, my therapist, was friendly, knowledgeable, and immediately put me at ease. At first, I didn’t experience any movement, which made me anxious, but Nicki was incredibly patient and kept reassuring me throughout the process.
It turned out to be such a great experience at the wellness retreat that I’ve already booked my follow-up treatments.

A very well appointed wellness centre in the middle of the country. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Candice did my massage and it was sheer bliss - one of the best ever!
My treatments were a birthday present - I have already booked to go back next month and can see this being a regular treat to myself!
