I booked for 10am and they weren’t even open when I got there. I came back at 1020 and wasn’t seen to fill 1040. If I hadn’t prepaid I wouldn’t have even gone back. No apology. The waxing was awful and not fit for purpose. They spilt wax on my top and it wasn’t properly cleaned off. The file and polish was okay. Not clean or professional. I will not return.

The nail technician was great. He infilled my nails and even told me what to do next time I get my nails done for a even better result. However the other staff members were just lounging around on the spa seats. One member of staff was having a whole conversation on the phone that we all could here. It just look a little unprofessional to me. The place could do with a good clean (inside and out) and they could play music or tv. Overall my nails looked great. Would I go back there? As a last result.. I would.

Never again. Unhygienic (no hand washing, double dipping, wax pot covered in wax) and unceremonious (done in the middle of the salon, wax sticking, waxing the same area twice etc.) the lady was very pleasant but I doubt she had any training.
