Don't fall victim to this person! Angel agreed to do light blonde balayage based on a reference pic, but she gave me patchy yellow hair with an inch of uncoloured roots instead. She didn't even use balayage hair colouring technique - she simply covered my whole head in bleach and let it dry into crumbs. When I asked Treatwell to help me get a refund, she lied to them that the yellow racoon look I got is what I'd asked for! I just want to cry and I'll need to get this disaster fixed elsewhere
