Best wax I’ve had (and I’ve had a lot of waxes) so quick, got all the roots and took everything off. I won’t be going anywhere else now.

Emma was very pleasant and friendly and the salon is lovely. I was a bit shocked that Emma used strip wax for a Brazilian (rather than hot wax). It was quite uncomfortable during the wax and when I got home I discovered she had actually torn my skin in a very sensitive area and it was bleeding. I also had to go to a cash point locally as she does not take card payments - would have been good to know that at the time of booking
