Not happy about my appointment. It was supposed to last an hour and my wax was done quicky in less than half an hour. I asked if I could get my bum cheeks done as well and I have been rudely told it was not part of my booking. I was even ready to pay for it! I pointed out that we still had half an hour to go according to my Treatwell app and she said that none appointment can last so long and it's only Treatwell default. Definitely not coming back.
