Twice I've had appointments with Emma where she's been running around closing/tidying whilst doing my treatment, which makes me feel very uncomfortable. If a time isn't good for you don't offer it! She didn't have any eye-makeup remover and actually asked me if I had any - you shouldn't have to take your own cosmetics to a treatment. In the end she gave me a dry cotton wool pad to try and take my mascara off. It's such a shame as she does a good job with the tinting and I really like the shape she achieves with my eyebrows (although she doesn't use any barrier cream or listen to me regarding the colour which is frustrating). Emma seems nice but all in all I expect a much better service. Won't be going back.

Emma is an absolute life saver! My experiences with her never fails to surprise me. I got lash extensions with her and they always look amazing! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants a professional.
