There was a situation with my appointment which meant I had to come back to get my lashes the next day - but the staff were apologetic and lashes were high quality with a really nice shape that suited my eyes so 4 stars ⭐️

Emma was BRILLIANT!! I was extremely nervous after having had a really bad experience first time round when I was teenager. Finally plucked up the courage and so glad I chose Emma- she made me feel so relaxed and not at all silly for being so nervous. She was SO fantastic and the process so easy and painless I even ended up getting a second set of holes then and there! Such a brilliant experience. One note if you get lost- Emma is based inside Basecuts so just head in there.
