I got individual classic eyelash extensions from Emma. Ok so let’s break it down. Firstly the venue is within another salon so the sign was not too obvious however if you’re using google maps it’s easy to find. Emma herself is nice and professional and advised me on what type of lashes what he better suited to me. However this mini consultation session was still a little shorter than I would have expected. On to the actual process: she was very fast and efficient as it only took her about 45 mins to do all my lashes. This is partly due to the fact my lashes aren’t especially full, however I have the feeling she was maybe also going a little fast. I think this because sometimes I would feel little tugs and pulling that wasn’t too comfortable where I assumed the glue had stuck to places where it shouldn’t have and she was unsticking it (which should not happen- extensions shouldn’t tug or hurt lashes and all my previous extensions at another place were completely free of that). On the other hand, I love the final look of my lashes and they are what I was going for and they look natural with some drama and I have received many compliments! So I guess it’s a mixed bag, even though I felt the consultation was a tad short and there isn’t a choice in material of lash (eg silk, faux mink etc) and it might have been a little rushed, I still love love love the final result I think they look great and are what I was going for and for the price it is very good value for money. So would I return? I need to wait and see how the lashes hold up after some more time but for now I’d say yes.
