Lady was obviously in a rush (and told me so!) and it wasn’t relaxing at all. The wax was going everywhere as she was rushing and it was all a bit careless. Very painful - probably the most painful wax I’ve had in 2 years of having Hollywoods. Also she called me to change the appointment 3 times on the day. It was also after the treatment she told me that only take cash - luckily I had some but all in all not very professional.
