I was left waiting for a while before anyone spoke to me. Emma barley took 40 mins to do my lashes which were meant to be an hour. I asked for a specific curl and was not given that. I also asked for a shorter length on the outside lashes, instead of this she just didn't lash them. I have been left with not a full set and the lashes that are there some are crossed over. They look rushed and flat.
