Booked appointment for 2pm, turned up and all nail techs were busy and there was a queue of at least 6 people before me. I was told to sit and wait and it wont be long. 1 hour and 15 minutes later the nail techs was free and started my nails. Good attention to detail and followed the design i wanted with the picture i showed. Was given a £5 off voucher for the next visit. There were a lot of walk ins that did bot want to wait and left. Point being… dont booked ahead as you still have to wait.

I booked an appointment on Treatwell and rang the salon beforehand to ask if I could bring my appointment forward and they said I could. I ended up waiting 45 minutes before being seen which felt like a total waste of time. I was short on time so wasn't able to get the full treatment I initially wanted.

Walked in and was seen straight away, very professional, all staff extremely nice, usually use other nail shop but will definitely be using this one instead now
