Was 6 mins late to appointment due to being unable to find the salon as the location on maps was wrong. When arriving I apologised and was glared at then made to wait 20 mins. The atmosphere in the salon was not pleasant, staff arguing and raising voices and hands at each other. My nails were done so quickly the shellac did not dry properly underneath, the next day I noticed a melted plastic smell and saw the shellac had peeled off. Paid £30 for this. Emailed salon for a refund and had no reply.
