Left my eyebrow like a slug, no shape. Was soo rough doing the threading and was so harsh and cold. Blobbed the dye on haphazardly. Awful don't do it to yourself.

Bitterly disappointed with this place. I’m getting married next week and this has ruined a lot.
The nail job was sloppy. She kept rushing it and the colour was awful. I told her halfway that could we change colour and she agreed only to completely ignore what I’d said. job is awful, the colour looks bad and the edges overrun with uneven layers.
The wax person didn’t bother turning up and they didn’t tell me until right before. I have to rush find somewhere else
