I was very disappointed coming here as it did not seem like the place on the reviews. First of all I booked a hot wax and hot wax was only used on me towards the end which is annoying as I could’ve paid £10 less for normal wax. As well as this the lady doing my wax seemed very inexperienced and I left with loads of hair that was not removed. I will not be recommending or coming back here.

I really liked my hair cut here, but I was in an out of the salon in less than half an hour. Considering I paid £45 for an hour time slot, I feel like either she could have taken more time and made it feel more special, or else give me some money back. I’m in a job that pays hourly for what I do, that doesn’t mean if I finish half an hour early I get an extra long break
